Workplace Mental Wellbeing for Employers

If 19% of employees feel unable to raise issues relating to stress with their managers and 1 in 5 people take time of work due to stress, it’s easy to see why ensuring good employee engagement and the promotion of open and supportive workplace practices, can benefit employee`s, employers and the bottom line.

Managers and HR Staff who understand the mental health and wellbeing needs of their staff will have an appreciable impact on the positive functioning of their organisations.

Our Workplace Mental Wellbeing for Employers workshops will support Managers to understand how to identify and support employees experiencing mental health problems and provide them with practical knowledge and tools to resolve challenges for the individual and the business.
